Brain Gym ® for Adults

Adults come to a Brain Gym consultant for many different reasons. The technique is a wonderful alternative to psychotherapy, as it can help you change long-standing and unhelpful beliefs and habits, or overcome phobias or insomnia. Rather than struggling to force your thought patterns to change, they often change naturally, without mental effort, during the exercises in a targeted session and during home practice of the movements.

Sessions usually help to reduce chronic stress and to improve coordination, memory, confidence, eating habits, sleep, dyslexia and other learning problems, concentration, effectiveness at work, self-esteem and can help you find joy in life. Clients have improved their golf, improved organisational skills at work, become more efficient at paperwork and at getting tax returns in on time, overcome insomnia and unhelpful eating habits, gained a sense of being in control of life, and much, much more!

Persistent neck or back pain, that does not respond to chiropractic or other treatment, can be caused by infant reflex responses which have to be continually countermanded by the brain, causing physical stress. This can be overcome by Brain Gym work.

Brain Gym is also successfully used by musicians, actors, dancers and sports people to improve performance and to hone specific skills such as memory, fine motor skills, concentration etc.

Give it a go, and see what Brain Gym can do for you!
