Statistical analysis of study on Spelling reported in Underwood, 2007

Lynda Underwood published a report in the Brain Gym Journal of her year-long study of the effects of Brain Gym on spelling with a class of children who were initially slightly above average. The results indicate a highly significant improvement in spelling for almost all children in the study.

Passes 2-tailed T-tests so is statistically significant change.

Lynda Underwood reports increases in confidence and self-esteem, and also high performance in National SATs tests.
